The Humanitarian Foundation "Budi Human - Aleksandar Šapić" is obliged to guarantee and protect the data privacy of all our donors.
The humanitarian foundation "Budi human - Aleksandar Šapić '' collects only the necessary, basic data on donors and data necessary for business and informing beneficiaries in accordance with good business customs and in order to provide quality service. We give donors a choice including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for our marketing campaigns. All donor data is strictly kept and is only available to employees to whom it is relevant for business. All employees of the Humanitarian Foundation "Budi Human - Aleksandar Šapić" are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
We are obliged not to use the collected data for any other purposes.

The content displayed on this website such as texts, photographs, logos, videos and audio recordings, design (banners, icons), and software are the property of The Humanitarian Foundation "Budi Human - Aleksandar Šapić" and may not be used without prior consent.
Working hours
Online donation through the web presentation www.budihuman.rs works from 00-24h, 7 days a week. In case of technical problems or during regular maintenance, the website may be unavailable for a short period of time, of which you will be notified.
Change (update) of data on the website
The Humanitarian Foundation "Budi human - Aleksandar Šapić" reserves the right to change the data displayed on any page of the site at any time, without prior notice.
Terms of donation
www.budihuman.rs is a web presentation that operates in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce and all other applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Serbia.
Detailed conditions of the donation are given in the following text. Please read them before making a donation:
Donation
When donating, you need to follow these steps:
1. Data entry for donor records

1. Data entry for donor records
When filling in the donation form, you need to enter your personal data and email address. The records are made only once, and every time you visit www.budihuman.rs the system will automatically recognize you by the entered email address and update your other information.
2. Enter the amount
In the field for the amount of the donation, you need to enter the amount you want to donate.
All transactions on our site are calculated in dinars (RSD).
3. Review and confirmation of the donation
Before confirming the donation, you can once again check all the details: the amount of the donation, the data of the donor.
Payment
Supports the following payment methods:
- payment card (e-doniraj)
If you have a Visa, MasterCard payment card approved by the issuing bank for online payment, choose this payment method. After confirming the donation, you will be redirected to the Banca Intesa Beograd website. On the bank's website, you enter data from the payment card and pay. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to our site with a notification that the payment was successful. In case the payment fails, you will be returned to our site with information about the failed payment and you will be able to repeat the payment or choose another payment method.
For security reasons, the data from your payment card is visible only to Banka Intesa Beograd as a card processor. The bank's website is protected and secure for this method of payment.
- donation via PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, choose this payment method. After confirming the donation, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you enter your PayPal account information and then confirm the payment of the amount from your account.
The Law on Foreign Exchange Transactions of the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 62/2006, 31/2011, 119/2012, 139/2014 and 30/2018) does not allow foreign currency payments between residents, so donations via PayPal are only allowed for donors who are NOT residents of the Republic of Serbia.
The Humanitarian Foundation “Budi Human - Aleksandar Šapić” is not in the VAT system.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank's website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.
Complaints
Complaints related to the payment (donation) are possible in the following cases:
1. Card misuse;
2. Wrongly entered amount (zero more, etc.).
In case of complaints for any of the above two reasons, please forward the email with a confirmation of the transaction to the email address fondacija@budihuman.rs accompanied by a scanned request for a refund in free form stating the reason for the refund. The request must contain the signature of the cardholder and a scanned ID card, as well as a contact phone number. The sender will be contacted and the funds refunded within 10 days after he was contacted. The funds will be returned to the account linked to the payment card with which the donation was made.
Requests can also be sent by mail to: Humanitarian Foundation "Budi Human - Aleksandar Šapić", Milutina Milankovića 120d, 11000 Belgrade and it is necessary that they contain all the elements as if the requests were sent by email.
Refund
In the case of a refund to a donor who has previously paid with any of
payment cards, partly or completely, and regardless of the reason for refund, The Humanitarian Foundation "Budi Human - Aleksandar Šapić" is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank will make a refund of the funds to the cardholder's account at the request of the seller.
Currency conversion statement
All transactions on our website are calculated in dinars (RSD).
Your payment card will be charged for the stated amount in dinars. If your payment card is not linked to a dinar account, the amount of the transaction in dinars will be converted into the currency of your account according to the exchange rate of your bank or payment card issuer. Due to these conversions, some discrepancy from the original transaction amount is possible.
