raises funds for Mila Mikulić (2017).

Mila was born on 9 August 2017 in the 32nd gestational week, as a healthy baby. She is the second  twin from the third twin pregnancy. When she was seven months old, her parents noticed that Mila was delayed in comparison with  her sister. While the sister started crawling, Mila didn't. After the examinations, it was expected that she would walk soon, but that did not happen.

In February 2020, Mila spent two weeks at the Institute for Mother and Child in Novi Sad, at the rehabilitation department, where doctors suspected that Mila was suffering from spinal muscular atrophy type 2 and recommended additional tests, after which the suspected diagnosis was confirmed.

She was hospitalized several times due to pneumonia because her muscles are not developed and she does not have the strength to cough up the secretion that causes inflammation, which can be fatal for Mila.

Mila has so far managed to take 4 doses of the medicine Spinraza, and it is necessary  to take two more.

The funds are needed for medical devices and aids, orthopedic aids, specialist examinations, rehabilitation, physical treatments, spa treatment, medical supplies,  for travelling and accommodation costs.
