Aleksandra was born on 30 September 1992 in Belgrade as a healthy child. At the age of one and a half, the doctor noticed slow motor development.

Aleksandra was kept in the hospital for a detailed diagnosis. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She was discharged from the hospital and then underwent physical treatment. She was able to walk at the age of two, but her walking became more and more difficult over time.

When she was eight, Aleksandra had surgery for the first time. She continued working, practicing. There was progress.

As she grew, her condition worsened sharply. Two more operations followed. Doctors from Russia performed operations on her legs and spine. She had eye surgery because she also had strabismus. After the operations, her condition visibly improved. She had a normal walking pattern.

When she was 23, her health deteriorated. Frequent spasms started and walking was getting more and more difficult. The biggest problems are the pain in her toes.

Due to her deteriorating health, doctors from Russia advised her to do another intervention in order to stop the progression of the disease.

In order to improve her health, to walk without pain, Aleksandra  needs our help.

She needs funds for surgery, rehabilitation, medical supplies, orthopedic aids, and physical treatments.
