raises funds for Filip Stanojević (2017)

Filip was born prematurely in the 35th gestational week of pregnancy.

Immediately after birth, he was put on mechanical ventilation, so that he could breathe. He was intubated shortly afterwards. He was at University Children’s hospital Tiršova for the next 40 days.

After radiographic and laboratory examinations, anomalies of the urinary tract were noticed, the right kidney was multicistically altered, and the heart defect of a significant L-D shunt was confirmed and he was operated on in 2017. At the age of 5 months, he was discharged for home treatment.

His parents noticed that Filip had developmental difficulties, so after an endocranial examination, it was determined that he had a delay in motor development.

He embarked on intensive physical treatments that made progress, but that was not enough. Filip managed to crawl, take a sitting position, stand up with support, make steps with support, and say a few words.

In order to progress even more, Filip needs intensive physical therapies.

The parents have exhausted their financial resources for all these years, so they are asking  all humane people to help Filip progress and one day become independent.

He needs funds for treatment, specialist examinations, spa rehabilitation, physical treatments, speech therapy and special education treatments, laboratory analyzes, supplements, medicines, orthopedic aids, as well as for travelling and accommodation costs
