Ten months after Jovana's birth, she had difficulty with walking, as a result of which she was hospitalized. In the hospital, she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (Dg. G803 paralysis cerebralis dyskinetica).

From the first year, she was included in the habilitation treatment in Sokobanjska. The clinical picture is dominated by involuntary movements of the head, body and extremities. Speech is more difficult to understand, she has all motor functions including independent walking and standing with the help of special orthopedic shoes.

Despite all the difficulties, Jovana is smiling and full of life. She likes to write, attends all workshops for youth and children with special needs.

In recent years, due to the pandemic, Jovana's condition has worsened so that she needs physical therapy and neurorehabilitation, which require significant financial resources.

Until now, her parents have financed the treatment  and exhausted all resources, so she needs the help of humane people's donations in order to continue with the therapies as soon as possible.
