Saša is a young man who is fond of computers, programming and fishing. Until the age of 23, he had a normal, fulfilling life.

The first symptoms appeared in 2015, when he spent two days in a coma due to kidney and urinary tract problems.

The deterioration of his health and kidney operations one after the other led to the fact that Saša has been on a hemodialysis program since 2015, three times a week for four hours. His diagnosis is N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus, grade 5 (Chronic kidney disease, grade 5).

The possibility of a kidney transplant abroad was proposed, the donor would be Saša's father.

Until now, his parents have financed the treatment costs, but now they need the help of humane people so that the transplant can be done as soon as possible and Saša can continue with his normal life and activities.

Funds are needed for kidney transplantation, controls, specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, medicines and travelling costs during the treatment.
