raises funds for Jelena Stanković (1984)

Jelena suffers from multiple sclerosis - PP form of the disease. She was diagnosed with G35 Multiple sclerosis in 2014, while the form of the disease was defined in 2017.

The first symptoms of the disease appeared as  hypothermia, tingling in the legs and dizziness, and until she was finally diagnosed, Jelena was hospitalized several times in the Clinical Center of Serbia and Military Medical Academy. She was treated with corticosteroids and therapy that is available in Serbia, but unfortunately, after being diagnosed, the disease became progressive and eventually led to total disability.

In hope to find the way for stopping the progression of the disease Jelena contacted the Pirogov National Medical and Surgical Center in Moscow, from which she received a positive response that they were ready to help her with HSCT therapy, the application of which has shown great success in patients with this disease. This therapy costs are very high and Jelena is asking all generous people to help her with their donations so that she can continue the treatment as soon as possible.

She needs funds for HSCT therapy, specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, rehabilitation, as well as for travel and accommodation expenses.
