In 2016, Miloš was diagnosed with membranoproliferative GMN, initially manifested by renal insufficiency, and in 2018, he started a hemodialysis treatment program, from which he has been going to hemodialysis 3 times a week for 4 hours. He was hospitalized several times at the VMA Nephrology Clinic, and he was diagnosed with: Chronic kidney disease Grade 5 (N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus, grade 5), Chronic inflammatory kidney syndrome-Diffuse mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis (N035- Syndroma nephriticum chronicum-Glomerulonephritis mesangiocapillaris diffuse). Four years ago, he was prepared for the cadaveric kidney transplantation - without contraindications for it.

Since Miloš's health condition has worsened and there is no possibility for a kidney transplant in Serbia, it is necessary for him to urgently go to a clinic abroad where it is possible to perform the transplant.

Miloš is not able to provide necessary financial resources for transplantation and treatment abroad, so he is appealing to all humane people to help him with their donations so that he can go to treatment as soon as possible.

He needs funds for a kidney transplant and treatment abroad, laboratory tests, check-ups, medicines, supplements, as well as for travel and accommodation costs during the  treatment.
