Jana was born after the second, maintained pregnancy, which ended in 29th gestation week. At birth, primitive reflexes were incomplete, and due to immaturity and the development of RD SY (respiratory distress syndrome), Jana was transported to the Institute of Neonatology. Since the third month, she has been treated at the Special Hospital for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Neurology. Muscle tone is discretely increased in the right extremities and more emphasised in the arm. Head control is not developed according to her age. She has high level deformity of the feet. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (G80.1 Paralysis Cerebralis spastica diaplegica) as well as with mixed specific developmental disorders (F83 Disordines evolutionis specifici mixti).

Jana manages to take a four-legged position, crawls slowly but coordinated. Stands with support, makes lateral steps on toes. She is involved in intensive kinesis treatments, occupational therapy and defectological treatments. She does not stand on his own and does not walk. Over time, scoliosis developed, as a result of which operative treatment was indicated.

Funds are needed for surgery, physical therapy, therapeutic swimming, therapeutic horse riding and follow-up specialist examinations.
