A systematic examination in 2014 revealed the first symptoms of chronic renal failure (Dg. N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus). A kidney biopsy indicated nephropathy.

Therapies that were applied until 2019 did not give the desired results, and in 2020, the disease progressed and complications occurred in the form of vascular access (AVF thrombosis), which is why it was decided to transfer to peritoneal dialysis treatment.

Milan's only hope for recovery is a kidney transplant at a clinic in Belarus, but this type of treatment requires significant financial resources that his family is unable to provide, thus all generous people are asked to help with their donations so that the transplant can be performed as soon as possible.

Funds are needed for kidney transplants, specialist examinations, and for travelling expenses.
