In January 2023, Miloš noticed that the mole he had, began to grow rapidly, so it was removed along with another one on his leg, when it was determined that it was a malignant skin melanoma (C43.7 Melanoma malignum extremitatis inferioris, regionem coxae includes).

In February 2023, two operations were performed, on the left lower leg and the temporal region. Both tumors were radically operated on and metastasis was proven by biopsy.

In April 2023, a dissection  was performed. CT showed a change along the temporal bone, changes in the cutis and subcutis, hemangiomas in the liver and changes of open etiology.

Systemic treatment started with the medicine Nivolumab, but given that the disease is in progression and that treatment and radiation did not give positive results, it is necessary to consider the possibility of applying combined immunotherapy with the medicines Nivolumab and Ipilimumab, which require significant funds and cannot be received at the expense of the Republic Fund of Health Insurance, so he needs donations of all humane people to continue the treatment.

It is also necessary to perform  analysis of the primary tumor abroad in order to determine whether there is another type of treatment that would help Miloš defeat melanoma.

Funds are needed for immunotherapy and specialist examinations.
