raises funds for Iris, Inda and Irina Gaćeša (2022).

Iris, Inda and Irina were born in the  27th gestation week by caesarean section after the second quadrigeminal, properly maintained and controlled pregnancy. After birth, they were transferred to the Institute of Neonatology, intubated and connected to mechanical ventilation.

In November 2023, Iris was diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy (G80.1 Paralysis cerebralis spastica diaplegica) by an MRI examination of the endocranium, and in a special hospital for cerebral palsy and developmental neurology was confirmed a mild slowing of psychomotor development.

Inda is the second of the four children, who, due to the deterioration caused by a pulmonary haemorrhage, received therapy after which her condition gradually stabilised, but her health soon deteriorated again due to sepsis, which was treated with antibiotic therapy. After three weeks, the need for mechanical ventilation ceased, and an MRI examination determined the diagnosis of spastic cerebral palsy (G80.1 Paralysis cerebralis spastica diaplegic) and uneven psychomotor development.

Irina is the third of four girls whose health is also complicated by convulsions. During the ultra sound examination bilateral periventicular parietal single cysts were seen in the brain parenchyma, and the MRI examination discovered the diagnosis of spastic cerebral palsy (G80.0 Paralysis cerebralis spastica quadriplegica).

From the first days after coming home, physical treatments were done with the girls at home, and from the fall of 2023, they have been visiting institutions for physical medicine and rehabilitation.

The plan is to continue treatment with stem cell transplantation and rehabilitation treatments at clinics abroad.

Since the treatment of the three girls requires expenses that their family is unable to cover independently, all generous people are asked to help with their donations so that they can continue the treatment as soon as possible.

Funds are needed for stem cell transplants, physical therapy, speech therapy and defectology treatments.
