Nebojša felt the first symptoms of the disease in the form of headache and hypertension in 2007, after which a specialist examination confirmed the diagnosis of chronic renal insufficiency (Dg. N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus gradus V).

In 2008, a kidney transplant was performed at the  nephrology clinic, and the donor was Nebojša's mother. Unfortunately, after a month, the kidney was removed due to lack of function.

Since then, a hemodialysis program started 3 times a week and Nebojša was put on the waiting list for a cadaveric transplant.

Nebojša's only hope for recovery is a kidney transplant at a clinic in Belarus, but this type of treatment requires significant financial resources that his family is unable to provide, so all generous people are asked to help with their donations so that the transplantation can be performed as soon as possible.

Funds are needed for kidney transplantation, specialist examinations, translation of medical documents, laboratory analyses, as well as for travelling and accommodation costs during the treatment.
