For Ranka!

Description

Humanitarian Foundation BUDI HUMAN - Aleksandar Šapić

raises funds for Ranka Simonović (1972).

The first neurological problems occurred in 2003, when she had complete loss of the right leg in a month.

She had an MRI examination of the spinal column and then she was prescribed pulse corticosteroid therapy for 5 days, after which the weakness partially subsided. After 6 months,  weakness appeared in the left arm, when treatment with pulse therapy was repeated.

The condition was stable until 2018, when she had  difficulty with walking.

In 2020, there was an infection caused by the SarsCov-2 virus, after which there was a general weakness as well as inaccuracy of the left hand during writing, as well as a loss of senses for recognizing materials and the shape of objects.

The form of the disease corresponds to secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (G35 Sclerosis multiplex).

Ranka needs donations from all generous people so that she can raise necessary funds as soon as possible to go to therapy abroad - Draper's Sensory Method (HBM - Horseback Miracles), in order to improve the deficiencies caused by the relapse of the disease.

Funds are needed for therapies abroad, as well as for travel and accommodation costs during the treatment.

For Ranka's step! Let's be humane!

Let's help Ranka!
