Minja was diagnosed with: Pervasive developmental disorder, unspecified (F84.9 Disordo evolutionis pervasivus, non specificatus).

He was included in special education treatment at the age of two, 3 times a week, but without significant progress. Minja rarely uses a demonstrative gesture, and expresses his needs by guiding his mother to the desired goal. Expressive speech is not developed for his age, he does not understand simple commands, does not respond to his name or establish eye contact and he is not interested in playing with other children, but picks up a toy and plays by himself. He reacts violently to frustrations, he is not independent in self-care activities, there is also a sleep disorder.

Minja is involved in intensive defectology treatments, and specialist examinations by a geneticist are planned to determine if he is a candidate for a stem cell transplant that could help improve his health condition.

Funds are needed for stem cell transplantation, Tomatis therapy, specialist examinations, defectology and speech therapy treatments, medicines, supplements and laboratory analyses.
