The first symptoms of the disease appeared in the form of abdominal pain that spread to the groin, at the end of June 2024. She had a specialist examination, when it was determined hydronephrosis of the first degree on the left side (Hydronephrosis cum strictura uretheris), as well as hydronephrosis of the third degree on the right side, so she was diagnosed with renal colic (N23 Colica renalis, non specificata).

Sunčica was hospitalized in July of the same year when a right-sided ureterolithotripsy was performed and a J-J stent was placed from the left ureter.

The scintigraphic findings indicated severe parenchymal damage, practically it was kidney dysfunction.

Recovery of the right kidney after long-term hydronephrosis is possible with the help of regenerative stem cell therapy at a clinic abroad.

Funds are needed for regenerative fetal stem cell therapy, travel and accommodation costs during the treatment.
