raises funds for Dimitrije Lazić (2016).

Dimitrije was born with emergency caesarean section at the thirty-third week, as the first twin, with 1670 grams and grade 1/3. A couple of hours after his birth, he was transferred to the Institute for Neonatology in Belgrade, and then he started a struggle for life that lasted four and a half months. He was on artificial ventilation, in the incubator, he had five operations so far, and he will have them more later.

Dimitrije suffers from a rare genetic disorder called CHARGE syndrome, which has slowed down his development. Dimitrije does not crawl, walk, eat independently, he has tracheostomy, he cannot speak and has a complete  hearing loss.

Despite all of this, he is a cheerful and restless boy and almost always has a smile on his face, he likes to be cuddled, to play with his sister and to watch the cartoons.

It is necessary for him to have a rehabilitation, intensive developmental and physical treatments at the Institute for Human Resources Development , so that Dimitrije can be able to develop like his peers.
