Đorđe is being treated for autism from the third year.

Three years ago it was discovered that he had Wilms's tumor. After the six cycles of chemotherapy, he had a surgery when both the tumor and the kidney were removed. Four more cycles of chemotherapy followed, and then another change in the spine was spotted. A histopathological findings confirmed another tumor which began to wrap around the main aorta. This tumor was urgently removed.

But, Đorđe's struggle is never-ending. In the meantime, he had four stomach surgeries due to intestinal inflammation and later he was diagnosed with a rare syndrome - Bainbridge-Ropers syndrome and epilepsy too.

Đorđe has a complete clinical picture of deep autism, which is further complicated by epilepsy, frequent psychomotor disturbances to temper tantrum, occasionally aggressive, autoaggressive and destructive behaviour. Intellectually he is at a level of severe mental retardation and requires a first degree of support, which means that this boy needs twenty-four hours of support and help.
